I have a complete set of 4-in-line tuners from an SX bass for sale. Chrome, 20:1, 11/16" diameter ferrules. Peg head was 5/8" thick, they will accommodate some difference thinner or thicker. Elephant ear style, but cast knobs, not a flat plate stuck into a rod -- they look just like the ones on this page:

They each require 1 little screw on the back to position them, sorry but the screws aren't included. You'll figure 'em out.
