Unknown model of SD Basslines 4-String Jazz Bass pickups with the 500k pots that came with them. They both have 4 conductor leads and could be added to an active preamp or used passive as I received them.

These were in a vintage jazz bass that I wanted to have more of a vintage, exposed-pole vibe. These are very present and articulate and would be a great replacement set in a project or upgrade for an inexpensive import.
