Seymour Duncan SPB2 Hot Pickups

Sign in to disble this ad
SOLD!
These are Seymour Duncan SPB2 Hot Pickups for a Precision bass. They have never been used. I had them screwed into a bass for about 2 hours, but they were never even connected to the control pots. The project didn't materialize, so now they're up on the block for sale. The original box, screws and wiring diagram are included.

I have stock pups in my P bass and I have been thinking about new pups. How do these compare to the SBP-3?

I don't know - I've never heard them. Never heard SPB3's either...

I would say they are slightly less bass heavy and not quite as loud as the quarter pounder. They have a very nice mid presence. I have a set, here. I prefer the SPB-1, though.
