Here is an outstanding way to protect an Aguilar TH500 or similar sized amp. Three layers of removable foam allow allow an amp 4-6" tall to fit. This case is extremely heavy duty and waterproof too with a sealing gasket and pressure valve. Here is a link for the current production version:

I wish I would have shot a photo when I still had my TH500. It was perfect fit with room on the side for power and speaker cords. You could throw your amp around without a single worry in this case.
I'm selling it because my Markbass F500 is too deep to fit.
