Speakers, Parts Drawers (literally!), Strings, USB interface...(and a story)

Sign in to disble this ad
FOR SALE ONLY NO TRADES UNLESS IT IS A COMPLETE BASS (details in story at the end!)

2 Peavey 10" speakers, from one of those mammoth cabs with an 18 and 2 10s. Model is S-10825. Good condition, includes the bolts to mount. If my memory serves me they are 75 watts each at 8 ohms. $30 each plus shipping, or both for $50 plus shipping.

Next is a whole mess of strings, some flat some round, some complete sets, some not, couple B strings in there. Some cut for Fender 4 in line, some for 2+2. $20 plus shipping, should fit in a medium size flat rate priority mail box, which I believe is $10.95.

Two Parts Drawers! Yes it's come to that... Tons of pots, switches, guitar stuff, broken bart preamp, more pots that aren't pictured and some strap buttons. Hard to price. $40 plus shipping? Again should fit in the medium sized flat rate priority box.

Tascam US-122 USB/Midi Interface. Works just as promised, find some reviews. Bought it used and decided I can't deal with computer recording. $30 plus shipping. SOLD

Probably more to come, may have to post in the other section since a lot of it is guitar related. Kay Archtop, few solid body projects, an upright bass neck.

So, hi. I'm Mordechai I live in Portland Maine. I've been playing bass for half my life and have owned some killers. Stingray and 4001 namely. Took a break for about a year to play guitar, financial hard times... Started over playing again when I met my wife at one of her concerts and decided I needed to be her bassist. Slammer by Hamer Pbass, budget spector (not for me), and a parts Jazz bass. Today it suddenly hit me that I don't have a real bass that I am proud to own and play. I'm going through the apartment and selling everything I don't NEED. I am however hanging on to my first guitar, a Tokai Strat that my dad gave me when I was 12, at least for now. So anyway, boohoo poor me I made a series of decisions that left me without a bass. Just thought I'd share my story on my quest for a used Lakland Skyline!

Great price on that tascam interface. If I didn't have the same one I'd be taking it. Great USB interface with multiple input choices. Someone get at it!
