Squier P Bass Parts

This is a made in China Squier P Bass from 2000 as per date on neck.

I inherited this bass and will never use it. I don't want to go to the trouble of shipping the entire bass either...so:

Neck with tuners and string tree...$50 shipped OBO.

I should tell you that these are are the skinny post tuners and that the clover leafs on all of them are a little loose- it does not affect tuning- they hold their tuning just fine it's just the clover leaf ends that are a bit loose.

The neck is really nice though- see pics.

BODY SOLD- The body has a bunch of dings which I have tried to photograph. The knobs for the pots are missing but the pots themselves are noise free and the pickup sounded really dark and thumpy as strung with (dead) rounds...$75.

What was the weight of the bass ? Interested in selling the body unloaded ? Do you know if the pickguard is the same pattern as a MIA one ?

Loaded body weighs 5.73 lbs as per my digital scale.

I'd rather just sell it loaded, but what did you have in mind?

I just need a body a little bit heavier than mine, but still lightweight, because of my bad back and neck diving problem on my bass, but I already have all the hardware I need on it. I could be interested in getting it loaded, but I would like to know for the pickguard before. I hate one-ply white pgs and I have about all the colors you can imagine at home.

The entire bass with strings was about 8.6 lbs. I'm not sure about the pickguard with regard to being the same pattern as a Fender MIA.

So you want the body without the bridge, pickup, pick guard, pots...just the wood?
