Squire (MIJ, SQ) Fender P-bass neck w/tuners *** SOLD ***
Early-‘80s (1983-84), Made in Japan, SQ serial # P-bass neck and tuners w/ string tree.
Vintage (small) size frets, 7.25” radius slab rosewood board, and ‘70s style tuners. These necks are kind of like the poor man’s AV ’62 RI.
This neck is straight (I checked using a notched, straight-edge) and the truss-rod works in both directions. Shows a little fret wear, but there is plenty of meat left (see pics). Beautiful, rich rosewood board.
This is the second SQ# neck that I’ve owned and I think they are a fantastic bargain.
