--The Stan Hinesley pickups are the bomb!
Check them out. Scroll down and listen to the soundclip which is, IMO, a very accurate representation of the tone of these pickups. Lots of lead length left. Single coil goodness!

--The Bart preamp predates the LH3 pre that Lakland is now using. Comes from a Skyline Scheff. Volume, three band with an internal dipswitch to choose mid frequencies (250hz, 500hz, 700hz or 850hz if my memory serves me correctly) and a blend control. Super sweet, tranparent pre.
