Here's a neck I bought a few months ago thinking to use it on my P/J project but never did. It's minus tuners,brand spanking new, Nuke Orange,Old Headstock.*NOTE-Those are reflections on the fingerboard in the second pic*..need $60 shipped CONUS

Are the holes (4) already drilled at the neck's base? (where it attaches to the body)

Yes, it came on a bass and was parted out..
