Tatar MP-1 MIDI Bass Pedals (like Moog Taurus)

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey guys, I'm selling one of my FATAR (not Tatar) MP-1 pedals. I have 2 sets and don't need both. They are in great working condition, just had them gone through by the keyboard guy at my local shop before I started playing live again. I use them live all the time with no issues. They have some reflective tape on them so I can see them on stage, but that peels of easily.

This model is tougher to find than the Fatar/Studiologic MP-113, and they're MUCH better suited for live playing. With the 113's you have to hold the octave button down while pressing the corresponding key to change octaves. Same with MIDI channel select. This is impossible to do while playing guitar/bass unless you have 3 legs or are sitting on a stool. The MP-1, you hit the octave button, then you have 3 seconds to hit corresponding key. A MUCH better design, why they ever changed that I'll never understand.

Here's a quick vid I shot of them today so you can see how they work...

$200 shipped CONUS. I'm in Baltimore and would meet within a reasonable distance also.

I was distracted by your white sock. Kind of looked like a "tater"
I wish I could justify buying this.
