As very few of you know, I am completely obsessed with Fenderbirds. So I have taken a perfectly wonderful 2007 Epiphone Thunderbird and stripped it bare. It was quite a player, too. Action was nice and low, and it sounded BIG.
The body is currently on my coffee table soaking in Aircraft Stripper. My hands are burning with the stuff. But these are the parts I have for sale.
Loaded neck:
Nice and straight, frets are barely worn, never even had to tweak the truss rod. No breaks or funny business. Nut measures 1 5/8ths, heel is slightly shy of 2 1/4. Comes with black tuners that did the trick. How about 75 shipped. PRICE DROP!
Epiphone Thunderbird pickups with knobs and wiring harness and output jack:
I thought these sounded big and fat, and not muddy at all. Actually, I am taken aback at how good these sounds. But I picked up some of the chrome ones, so these got to go. How about 60 shipped or best offer. PRICE DROP! Sold!!!
Chrome tuners:
Same style, only chrome. Korean made. Like Hyundais--quality with a capitol "K." How about 25 shipped. Sorry, I meant 15 shipped. Tuners are sooolllllllllddddddd
Three point bridge, including the posts and...holders? The screw in parts in the body?
I'm going to put on an aftermarket bridge like a Gotoh or Badass or Schaller, but this was a totally fine bridge. How about 25 shipped might as well make this 15 shipped too. Bridge is solllldddd.
I guess I'd be into trades, so shoot me what you got.

Still a bargain on the neck--the last one I saw for sale was 50 and had a headstock break. This has no issues, same price! |
