Well, British Audio Service goofed and sent me a 2x10 combo (112H SMX) cover instead of the 4x10 (1210H SMX) cover that I ordered. I opened and unfolded it, then slipped it onto my 1210H before discovering the goof, so it's practically new. It's nice quality black vinyl (no logo) with TE green piping around the edges, and from what I understand they're NOS covers from ages ago. They're on sale right now for $20 + $5 shipping... so, how about $15 shipped?
EDIT: A quick look at the measurements of the newer 1210 2x10 combo makes me believe that this will fit the newer combo amps as well. FYI, the cover is 24.25"H x 25.25"W x 13.25"D with a bit of wiggle room...

NIIIIIIICE! | hahah... yeah, this cover fit my combo nice and tight but was about four inches too short, leaving exposed the area that seems to accumulate the most dust!
Now the other cover for my 1210H is about three inches too long due to the slightly different cabinet design, doh!
It's kind of like Goldilocks and the Three Bears... this cover is too short, this cover is too long... but unfortunately I don't think I have the 'juuuuust right' third option.
