No it is not for sale, but the Neo is available here.

I'm looking for something else rare/discontinued, preferably another overdrive pedal, but I'm open to ideas. Think Dredge-Tone, Schumann, Toneczar, etc. Hit me up with what you have to offer, but please no readily obtainable pedals.
