| Trade my short scale Chromes for rounds?

Hey there, I've got a set of short scale D'Addario Chrome flatwounds that came on a bass I bought. They sound great - very punchy with strong midrange presence (especially for flats). They seem to be in good shape, but as hard as I try I just don't really like flats. These have been cut for a 2+2 headstock with enough slack for a few wraps around the tuners.
I'd like to trade them for a set of rounds, preferably short scale. They don't have to be brand new, but I'd like them to have some brightness. Let me know if you have anything! |
