I have 2 nice necks that aren't getting any use for sale or trade +/-$ towards a looper pedal or a nice overdrive (Barber LTD SR), or maybe a decent varitone circuit or a Redeemer, or a nice simple computer audio interface (especially an ART Tube MP USB), or maybe an Ipod Nano...

The first is the neck from my Squier Vintage Modified 70s Jazz- I played several of these basses before finding this great one on Craigslist (these basses are great
when you find the right ones). Ended up trading my Squier VM fretless for it. The feel on these is surprisingly good compared to alot of the "real" Fenders I've tried out. The profile is slim and very fast- closer to a Geddy Lee Sig than other Jazzes in my experience (and no- I'm not going to say that it is AS good as a Geddy, but fantastic for the price!). As much as I love slim profiles at first, I always end up prefering meatier necks (like my G&L)- so I just replaced this with a nice Allparts neck. This neck is in great condition- the only thing worth pointing out is that the guy I got the bass from had removed the Squier logo from the headstock and carefully drawn in a Fender logo. You can hardly tell its drawn from a foot away (definitely far beyond my drawing skills!). The fretboard has some great birdseye to it, and holds a stable medium-low action. No fretwear or sharp fret ends either...comes with tuners/nut/string tree for $95 shipped OBO-
sold!!!!
The next neck is a nice Fender-compatible neck with a 1 5/8" nut width (so between a Jazz and P). The fretboard is a really beautifully grained Pau Ferro and has 21 frets (has a Warmoth style fretboard that extends past the heel). I traded for this neck on Talkbass a while back to try on my Squier VM with the hopes that it would be a little more chunky than the above neck, but alas- it has a similar skinny profile front to back, just a little wider at the nut. Feels great though- very solid and fast, and I really dig the 1 5/8" nut width (same as my G&L). I kept it on in a "audition state" for a couple months, but decided I just miss the chunkiness of the G&L after playing it for a while. Not sure of the brand- the previous owner wasn't either- he had it on a J-bass for a long time, if I remember correctly. I bought a new Graph-Tech net for it when I recieved it- fits perfect, but will need a small wood spacer underneath to raise it a bit and to be glued in (I just put a toothpick under it to audition it). This one doesn't come with tuners- the holes are a standard 11/16". The end of the headstock is a little scuffed up from where it looks like a previous owner sanded the shape a little bit, but it could be cleaned up pretty easily with minimal work if it bothered you (it is a bit different than the standard Fender headstock- slightly longer and more curvy). This is a solid neck that is easily as good or better than a Mighty Mite- I have $60 in it plus $10 for the nut- I'll let it go for $70 shipped OBO-
