I have two. One is a Comfort Strapp and the other is a branded Tobias. $35 shipped in the U.S. for the pair. $30 plus shipping if you're someplace else.
I always folded in the tags as shown in the photos, so you can't tell which is which. Edit: if someone really needs to see the tags, just let me know and I'll take more pictures.
The Comfort is the longer one (44” – 51”) and the Tobias is the shorter (40” – 45”). Both are about 3.5” at widest and have the same thickness of padding as far as I can tell. Both had straplocks installed previously, so the outer holes are a bit enlarged from that. If you don't use straplocks, they'd still work fine, whether you use the outer ones, or the inners, or both folded over.
I used both for a couple of years so both have some pilling along the edges. If it matters to you, you could probably just cut that off with scissors. These work great; I just prefer the long Mono straps.
