USACG Jazz Neck - Finished by MJT - Ebony on Maple - 21 Frets
SOLD - This is a loaded neck that I ordered for a parts bass that I was building. Unfortunately ebony just doesn't do it for me so I'm letting this neck go. USACG makes really great necks and the guys at MJT applied a light relic on this baby! I'll let the pictures do the talking. I applied a "you know who" p-bass decal (it was for a pj project) after I received the neck but it's easily removable if you don't want it. I also temporarily installed a drop d tuner that didn't match the screw hole pattern of the schaller tuners on there so there are 4 extra small drill holes at the back of the headstock where the E tuner goes.
1/4 sawn maple neck - Ebony FB
.830 "C" Shape (in between a Jazz and p-bass - feels awesome)
10"-12" compound radius
6125 fretwire (just a bit taller than vintage frets but smaller than medium jumbos)
White Side Dots
Thin Nitro Finish
Over sprayed back
Schaller BML tuners relicd by MJT
String retainer included (all parts)
White Graphtech nut
I'm asking for $300 plus shipping to Canada or the US. Paypal only
Sweet neck, I wish I could take it off your hands. Free bump.
It's a 10"-12" compound radius?
Yeah 10"-12". All it means is that lower on the neck there is a traditional FB radius and as you get higher the FB starts becoming a bit more flat. This helps a lot if you like really low action and it gives the neck a bit more of a modern feel. Fender does it on their newer basses
ON HOLD PENDING PAYMENT :)
and SOLD! Neck is going to IDAHO :hyper: Thanks talkbass!
