Warmoth Geddy Style - Precision Neck + Tuners

Sign in to disble this ad
So i bought this about 6 weeks ago from here on TB - with the ambition to build a frankenbass. i've since decided to go a different direction and just bought a Precision.

The neck is fantastic, mind you i havent put it on a body but the craftsmanship is beautiful.

Thoughts on 2 common stereotypes about warmoth necks:
1-heavy - yes, its fairly "heavy," but not ridiculous - not sure of the weight
2-"Chunky" profile- NO -imo anyway. I dont agree with this at all. i've got a picture comparing the profile to my Jaguar neck. see for yourself.

Condition is like new.
Warmoth drilled the mounting holes and the tuner holes
tuners are schaller bml.
to buy this new from Warmoth is $550 ($490 for the neck and $60 for the tuners) plus shipping.
Price $325 shipped.
price is firm, as i'm not in a hurry.

feel free to ask any questions.

What size frets does it have? Are they stainless steel?

Standard Warmoth nickel/silver.
size, not exactly positive, but they feel like medium jumbo (6105 or 6150).
