Warmoth Jazz Neck

Sign in to disble this ad
Warmoth Jazz neck with birdseye maple, Brazilian rosewood fingerboard, and a vintage tint on gloss finish. The neck is in outstanding condition. Warmoth does a fantastic finish. The neck is straight. This is NOT the new slim profile. The frets are 6105. They have been leveled and dressed.

If ordered from Warmoth, this thing would be over $400 but, I have made a few.... adjustments. First, I do not like an overhanging fretboard. If your gonna make a Fender replacement why are you making a neck that isn't exact, and then you charge extra if I want 20 frets. Ok, Ok I'll stop.

I had a pro route the fretboard overhang off. Then the final dot marker was removed and plugged with the scrap overhang wood. So now it is a 20 fretter LIKE A FENDER NECK!! The plug grain was matched as was the radius. You can hardly see it. Next, there was a hipshot string retainer. I couldn't live with that either so the holes were filled. The color was matched pretty good, but the most important part is that it was done smooth and without disrupting the gloss finish. Pics of the work are a few threads below.

Oh, there is a Fender Decal on top of the finish. **This is a Jazz neck. I put a precision decal on because I had it on a P body****

When I got it it was drilled for hipshot ultralites, one hole. I put on Hipshot BT3s including a BT3 drop dtuner.

Asking you to steal this beauty for $190 shipped. No trades.
For an extra $85, I'll include the Hipshot hardware. Thats $275 for the loaded neck.

These are the tuners that I had on the neck. **note, this picture is of the tuners on a different neck.
