Warmoth padauk neck

This is a fantastic and very beautiful Warmoth neck. It is loaded with very nice schaller tuners, much like fender tuners from the late 70's. There in fantastic shape and function well, turn smooth and feel solid. The neck is in really good shape, a few marks here and there and the slightest headstock rash which I pictured, very minor. The frets were leveled when it was installed new on a bass to make sure it was playing as best as possible and soe high frets were lowered. It was done very well and the neck plays great. The tone of Padauk is very close to maple , but it has a great feel. I love padauk.

I will measure the nut width I think its 1 9/16's but need to check again to confirm.

$250 shipped with tuners/string tree

As I stated above I am pretty sure its indian rosewood, if you look closely at the last pic you can see the 2 different wood types as the freboard joins the headstock. The grain is totally different then Paduak and its for sure not Ebony.

BUMP!

I'm pretty confident the sideways turtle on the neck signals an earlier model and the truss adjustment is of the older type as well?

Nice deal here!! Paduak's legendary for tone!

Yep I am pretty sure this is around a 2002.

Its a very sweet neck, hopefully someone has a better use for it then me constantly looking for the "right" body for it and never using it.

An offer

Hey there,

Would you take $170?

I was going to buy a maple/rosewood neck from Warmoth this week. But if you need to get rid of inventory, I think that neck will do the trick. I don't really like buying used parts, but if it's in good condition, I might go for it.

Let me know.

Regards

Nope, it's a question for the OP.

Not really interested in trades, I also dont like to discuss prices through threads as it keeps re-bumping my thread and isnt fair to other sellers, feel free to PM me.

NP, I just interpreted ttt as "time to trade".

Good luck with the sale.
