Just add neck. This body is a Warmoth, it's a P/J in ash with a dark chocolate finish. I think it was intentionally made to look a little 'relic'ed' and then actually used for a while after that. Pickups are EMG actives (don't know exactly what model but one can see the EMG logo on the pups themselves). The electronics are V/T/on-off toggle switch for each of the two pickups--a versatile setup as you can save a particular V/T setting for later...I used this with good results on the bridge pickup. There is 18v wired in (two 9v batteries, inside the control cavity rout). The bridge is a Schaller with adjustable string spacing and the usual height/distance as well for each string. The strap buttons are pretty heavy-duty as well, and there is an extra one on the back near the top horn.
This is a really substantial feeling and sounding body. The ash gives a little bit of bounce and snap to the EMGs which are naturally (I think) very deep and full pickups. The bridge is pretty massive and helps out too. I bought this as a complete bass but really liked the neck on one of my other instruments. I like this body too but am trying to keep my collection where it's at...
