Wine Red HWY 1 Jazz Body

Beautiful satin nitro finish. 4.76 lbs on my digital scale.
Only noticeable flaws are: 1/2"x 1/4" ding on the bottom edge, about level with the bottom end of the control plate (filled and touched up) see pic, and 1/4"x1/4" run in the paint on the back of body at the lower horn (too small to show in a photo). Included are 2 ground wires/connectors, strap buttons and all cavities shielded with copper tape, p/up foam. Date is hard to read - looks like March 2011. Asking $200 shipped. I have a couple more pics if you need them. Also have an Allparts blocked and bound Rosewood Jazz neck in separate ad for $200.00 shipped. Buy both and get a combo deal!

It's hard to tell from the photos.. Is there any wood grain visible through the paint? Is this is a semi transparent?

Also, highway 1's are nitro and not poly painted correct?

Woodgrain is just visible but not as much as, say, a Mary Kaye.
Finish is Nitro - I believe they changed from poly in '96

I have one of these I bought from a fellow TBer - GREAT body for a build - or project. I have been really happy with mine - its a great bass and I intend to keep it for a long while!
