| | | | The old BB's were played by Leland Skylar, Abe Laboriel, John P, and Nathan East among others. The basses of that era are still played, collected, and admired by bassists everywhere. Who wouldn't want a BB1600 in their collection??? You can find BB's at good price on E**y, but many will need tuner(s) replaced..............after being gigged for 25 years.........everything eventually wears.

Now it's time to take the BB300 apart. I'm going to strip the body, put on a coat of white. Once that's done, a tattoo artist friend of mine is going to put some art on the body--probably an oriental theme. It's appropriate for a Japanese bass. And yes, the body's already been stripped and repainted at least once...
