My small contribution Barker tip #???

I think I have it. I don't know if it is an issue with other Barkerites but occassionally, no matter how carefully I tug them closed, the zippers on my case open just enough to cause some slideage. Never dangerous since it never has far to fall slung over my shoulder, but somewhat annoying.

Solution: A tiny bungee cord hooked to one zipper that clips onto the other, preventing the zippers from any unauthorized unzipping.

Lee made me a custom hard case for mine, many years ago. I forgot what he charged me, but it was a very low price and was really worth it. The case has held up perfectly over the years, and I get a lot of positive comments about it.

The bass itself is simply an incredible instrument. Mine has Q-tuners and peizos in the bridge.

Of course I get derisive remarks occasionally about the lines on my fretboard, but I would rather be a fretless player that sings and plays in tune, than one who tries to please the critics.

I wondered where that box went. I keep looking for it under the bench, or beside the bench, but it's not there. Datta's got it. I can rest now.
