| | | | International phone number? Does anyone know how the hell I can get through to ThePerfectBass via phone from Ireland.
International orders can not be made on the net, yet there is no international phone number, I must be missing something here.
Any help is much appreciated. |

I've found them to be super fast to reply.

Also, please note that are on Central Standard Time, so you'll need to call when we are here. If you have emailed and not received a response in more than a day, please contact me directly and I will have a rep contact you asap. james@theperfectbass.com

I bought from you a couple times, you provide great service, you have interesting products that are very hard to find elsewhere but it's really difficult to order from foreign countries because :
- While your products are fairly priced, international shipping rates are insane and don't show on the site.
- No way to buy and pay online. This forces the customer to call, which is an expensive way to communicate. It makes it even worse if your potential customer doesn't speak good english or any english at all. Time schedule is different too. All good reasons to go fully email or online ordering.
There's good business to do. You really should fix this. |

However, we cannot ship every brand outside of the US. In addition, getting the shipping rates correct online for International shipping is quite complex and put simply, we are not able to get this very critical part of the equation right at this time. Unfortunately it's not just our inability to get the technical part of it done, it also has to do with the systems provided to us by our shippers. And although shipping overseas is expensive, we do try to find the least expensive method available, and that is best done by a human being.
I hope that one day it is easier for Intnernational customers to order online, but until we have some very important pieces of the puzzle, the process that we have set up is the best we can provide.
