I asked TPB the same question.

They stopped carrying Lakland several months ago.

Once they sell the current stock, they won't be getting anymore Laklands according to Brandt...

I bought my beautiful JO5 and a ZX5 from you guys.

It was a lovely experience.

I could easily buy all my basses from TBP.

I bought a JO5 in 2007 from TPB, and I'd buy another Lakland from TPB in a heartbeat if I saw the right one. Right now, unfortunately, what I'd like doesn't exist -- Skyline Glaub 5, Decade 5, or Hollowbody 5. Maybe someday the planets could align and TPB will have these fantasy basses in stock. I can only dream...

The JO5 purchasing experience was fantastic -- the phone call, the price, the quick delivery, and the fun of pulling a new bass out of the case for the first time. Fantastic!

The stars do seem to be aligning! We should start seeing some new Lakland product any day now!

It will be a trickle at first, but we look forward to getting it kick-started and into gear!
