Looking for a good "tuner" and metronome

Hey, guys, I just started the bass not too long ago, and I'm looking for a tuner. I have no idea which tuner is good and if which ones can pick up a bass guitar. Budget is around $5-$15.

Currently, I'm using tunemybass.com to, well, tune my bass lol. My ear is okay at detecting the tuning, but I wouldn't trust it. However, by tuning with this website, it is pretty much "free," and the tuning is sufficient enough to play.

I'm also looking for a metronome but will invest in one later. Any recommendations?

i really like my Zoom B2 multi effects pedal. it has effects, amp modeling, tuner and some pretty cool sounding drum beats all in one. tune up, put on some earphones, pick your bass sound and dial in a drum beat and tempo you like. practice, practice, practice! $99

Headstock tuner

Ive grown fond of the planet waves ns mini headstock tuners.
They are cheap, you can leave it affixed to your headstock and they work great.
Hit the little on button, and it lights right up behind the headstock. It tilts for easy viewing, and is pretty much invisable.
No need for cables, instant tuning when needed.
I purchased a few, and leave them on all my basses.

The NS tuners are very cool! Almost invisible from the front of the headstock...
