Have you ever spoken to the owner of that "Other Guitar Shop"? Neither have I! Today I had a question about the bass I ordered in October. (It is a special order Music Man Bongo 6) It takes 3 months to build and it has been 3 months. So, I went in to the store and asked the (really awesome) salesman at the counter if he could check on it. Then not a minute later the owner himself, James Bethea walks out and gives me the full update on my bass! No excuses, no arrogant double speak, just to the point answers!
