1966 Fender Tremolux

Sign in to disble this ad
Vintage 1966 Fender Tremolux Blackface. Recently professionally serviced, re-tubed, and biased by Savage Audio in Burnsville, Minnesota. The inside was professionally restored with new capacitors, resistors, and brand new JJ tubes throughout the circuit. Brand new power cord as well. The circuit boards, as well as all the controls, jacks, and transformers have been cleaned, tightened and tested. We still have all the original parts should the new owner wish to seek out NOS replacements for them. The guy at Savage did a great job. Those guys have been around for a long time and have a huge wall of vintage Fender amps that they've serviced. They really know what they're doing.

The front grill reads, "B SHARP Music." Some may know that B Sharp was a music shop for many, many years located in Minneapolis. Apparently they did this to all their gear. They have long since been out of business. Shortly after this amp was produced, Fender discontinued the Tremolux line. Own a piece of Minneapolis and Fender history!

Price is $825 shipped and PayPal'd for an incredible amp.

Specs:
  • 35 watts with 2 6L6GC's
  • Made by Fender in Fullerton, CA
  • 2 channels with 2 instrument inputs on each channel
  • Each channel features Volume, Treble, and Bass controls as well as a Bright switch.
  • Vibrato channel also has Speed and Intensity controls to control the Tremolo effect.
