2001 Fender American Standard Telecaster

This guitar was purchased by the original owner (my father) as a companion for his Strat. However, he soon found out he didn't dig the Tele vibe. Since he bought it, it has had maybe an hour or two of play time while sitting around the house. The rest of the time it has been stored in its case. Never gigged or played out. She has some very slight finish swirls from strumming, handling, etc. No dings, chips or scratches. Comes with a very nice Fender hardshell case, which is like new. See pictures below.

I'm asking $675 shipped, firm. Shoot me a PM if you're interested. No trades on this one.

Nice lookin' Tele. I'm actually GAS'n for one, and yours is really tempting, but alas, my money reserves are at an all-time low. If you haven't sold it by summer, (doubtful), I'd love to buy it. Good luck.

Yep, he's selling the Tele because he never really dug it, and he's selling the Melody Maker because he picked up a really nice ES-336 recently.

I can tell my wife that GAS is genetic without being called a liar!

I should point out that I have both of the guitars in my possession and I was the one that wrote the descriptions about conditoin, etc. And will be the one doing all the shipping, so there's none of this 'I'm selling it for a friend who said it's in XYZ condition' bullcrap. Whenever he needs to unload something, he hands it off to me to do all the 'interwebs' stuff. (He needs my mom's help to check his email)

If she hasn't sold yet, you're welcome to check her out. Just shoot me a PM and we'll work something out.
