Alvarez AD60S-12 in mint condition with hardshell case.
Before I say anything else, I will guarantee that this is the nicest playing 12 string acoustic out there! The action at the 12th fret is 1/16" with no fret buzz. It's unbelievable.
The tone is fantastic too. It is in perfect condition and the photos (taken with my cell phone camera) do not do this beautiful guitar justice. Currently strung up with Elixir strings. SOLD!
