I have a 2 rm. studio apt with a seperate kitchen in Sheepshead Bay Brooklyn for rent if anyone is interested. Moving back in with my girlfriend who just bought a place. Rent is $950 a month, It's in a great neighborhood, a block from the bay, couple of blocks from the train and beach. There's a doorman, bla, bla, bla... if anyone has any serious interest I can spell out the details.
Person has to have steady employment and excellent credit. Coop board must approve them.
Available Sept. 1st. Not realistically expecting to get anyone till Oct. 1 however.
