Carvin LSX1503 part out... all of it...

I have a Carvin LSX1503 that is in very good condition except for:

1) missing front grill
2) it has a4 ohm not 8 ohm woofer.

This alters the xover freq, shifting the woofer low pass from 500 hz to 250 hz. EDIT: as far as I m aware, the midrange xover remains 500hz, therefore there is less than ideal integration between the woof and mid. there is a resulting dip from 250 - 500 or so. SOOO...

I'm parting it out for anyone interested:

Woofer: PS15-4 (400 watt 15" 4 ohm) $69+9, or 45 + ship

Midrange: PS6-8 (200 watt 6" 8 ohm) $39+9, or 25 + ship

Crossover: CL 1503 (400 watt, 3 way crossover for 8ohm, 8ohm, 16ohm setup just like the ls/lsx series cabs.

The box itself is in excellent condition, and I'll sell it but prefer not to ship it. But I will, but I dont want to get mugged on shipping rates.

Bump for update on the empty box itself.

I am asking $ZERO plus actual shipping.

You can estimate fedex ground rate from zip 07005 as follows:
It weighs 38 pounds, so call it 43 boxed up. add 3" to each dimension therefore the 29X19X15 inch box will be 32X22x18 shipped.

if the actual shipping is less than the estimated quote I'll refund the difference. if its in excess fo $5 more, I'll hit you up for the difference. The box will likely be smaller and lighter than estimated.

For those interested, the carvin lsx1503 is a full range cab, however many guys on TB have bought and used them for bass guitar cabinets.
