As I recall I got this in the early or mid '70s, kept it in the sheath, and I think it has never even been worn, sharpened or polished. Paperwork and box are long gone.
Handle is stag with gorgeous coloration, no pitting or other defects I could see on the blade or handle. There is some tarnish and a few other marks on the brass. Backside of sheath has small storage marks. Overall very nice condition.
Markings read: Case XX USA on one side, and Handmade in USA on the other. Sheath is stamped Case XX.
