Details on the Delta 1010LT
I don't have a spare license key for my DAW software, but an evaluation copy of Cockos Reaper is installed. This will run indefinitely without registering, so it's good for testing the system. The license for Reaper is really inexpensive and is well worth it if you like the program.
This has a fresh install of XP Professional Service Pack 3, with all updates. It's ready to drop into your home studio or rehearsal space.
This isn't the newest computer, and it's not the most powerful, either, but it makes a great machine for a rehearsal space. It will record 8 analog inputs at a time, including two microphones. At our rehearsal space, we ran two room mics into the onboard mic pres, a line from my bass amp, a line from the gtr player's POD, and a line from the PA for vocals. We recorded almost every practice with 5 inputs and got good results for demos and songwriting with very little effort. When it was time to do the album, we used external mic pres into the line inputs for vocals and guitar overdubs, and ran the drummer in on V-Drums through the MIDI port. This computer is more than powerful enough to do an album with some decent plugins, and you could use it strictly for tracking drums and etc. before taking the files somewhere else (which is what we did.)
This will run Pro Tools M-Powered (since it's got an M-Audio card) but I haven't tried anything newer than that on it.
Asking $300 shipped for the computer plus the PCI card and breakout cables. I will include a keyboard and mouse if you need one, and I have a decent LCD monitor that I could sell along with this for a little bit extra, PM me.
PayPal is OK but no trades unless you have an Intel iMac or Mac mini that you want to get rid of. I can add cash for the right deal but really just looking to clear some space.
