dbx DriveRack PX Power Spkr Optimizer - New never opened

I bought this to augment our PA a few months ago but we're mostly using house systems now and never bothered to even hook it up. It comes with the RTA mic etc. At least according to the box it does, this has never been opened or unsealed!

These sell for $399. I'll take $299 shipped in the US.
