I find these useful as sculptor of miniature gaming figurines, and the ones I bought many years ago I got used at a dental supply house for about 3 bucks each. New, depending on the specific tool involved, they can get up to twenty bucks or more apiece . Hopefully that will give you some guidelines for pricing.

Those are chisels & carvers used to shape tooth enamel for inlays. Also good for shaping inlay material into tooth like shapes. They have been replaced by high speed drills.

Great tools for modeling, jewelry making, any precision work on a small scale. Check eBay for comps & pricing.
