If you need to crunch some waves fast and store alot this is the setup for you:

AMD Phenom II Quad Core
4 GB RAM
1 TB (that's TeraByte) hard drive
AMD 4850 1 GB Video Card
DVD Burner and Blue-Ray DVD Player
ACER 19" Widescreen Monitor (unopened)
Wireless Keyboard and Mouse (Logitech)
Netgear Wireless Network Card (Wireless N)
OnBoard GB network (wired)
US - 122 L Midi Interface
M-Audio Studio Pro 3 speakers
On Board 7.1 sound (add your fav editing card if you wish)
Windows Vista Home Premium

This churns through the toughest file very quickly. For example, a Reaper file with 9 stereo tracks, all with effects and EQ applied, at 44000 hz set to 192 pt will render at about 18.0x real time. Bump it up to the highest setting (192000 hz, 512 pt Extreme) and it renders at .7 (nearly real time).

It's also a pretty good gaming machine. The AMD 4850 has 1GB RAM and the board is CrossFire compatible if you want to add another. Vista performance index pegs at 5.9 in all categories.

It is an amazing machine. I just don't need it any more.

$700 shipped anywhere CONUS. PM for fastest response. PayPaly only.

Hi. Still available? If so, I had a couple questions if it had firewire and/or USB 2?

Thanks all for the comments.

I just got back from out-of-town. This sold Saturday. It is a great machine.

It's younger brother may be for sale soon though.
