This here is a 1969 Sears/Silvertone 40XL 1x12, solid-state combo amp, all original and in exceptional condition. This is a cool little piece of history -- as far as my research goes, the first year this model was in production. Cosmetically, it looks like it's no more than 10 years old (still shiny and clean, with only the tiniest bit of wear).
Everything works flawlessly and sounds great. Great for practice and loud enough for jam sessions and small gigs. 2 channels. The coolest part is channel two, which features one of the best sounding tremolo effects I've ever heard and the most wonderfully quirky reverb.
Very portable too, so it's great for those jam sessions when you don't want to haul the big/heavy stuff around.
Anyway, I need money for a trip to NYC so $100shipped -- unless you're far far west then we might have to do $110shipped.
