I am the original owner; I bought it off contract almost exactly a year ago.
It is in excellent condition save for one, minor ding it incurred in between cases- this ding cannot be seen with the case on. It has always had a screen protector and even the clear film from the back was left on until just a couple of months ago so scratches are minimal if any besides small ding which I will do my best to photograph and post later tonight.
The phone will come in the original box with original (unused) headphones and USB cable. The original power brick of course is included as well and was the only thing besides the phone that was used- but is in perfect working order as well.
As I mentioned before photos will come later tonight as I only just now decided to upgrade to the newer version.
