No scratches that are non-typical for these polycarbonate shells. No marks, discoloration, or any scratches on the screen. I've had no issues out of this Mac...I'm simply selling so I can get debt free.

This Macbook comes loaded with the typical software from Apple plus Final Cut Express ($$$). All of the original packaging is included as well as the original receipt. Cleaning cloth, charger with multiple attachments, all documentation and all software + backup CDs.

Yes...in my original post of the thread I mentioned I wanted to be debt free (credit cards at least...still have house and car payment for now). Once I sell my Mac then I can pay off my last credit card.

It does come with a one year Apple warranty. I did not purchase Apple Care because I know the Apple Store manager in Birmingham and she said if I ever had any problems outside of warranty then I could bring the computer to her.

You may be able to purchase Apple Care as the second owner...I'm not sure. I'll check with Apple to verify.
