This is new in box, only taken out to put my gun in it and strap it on. I have many other carry options for this gun that I gravitate to. It fits standard M&P 9 and 40 pistols. A quick 2 minutes with a screwdriver and it can be converted to inside the waistband with the included conversions straps. On the Internet I've seen it for $52-66 new, and I can't tell if those models include the conversion straps. I'll do free shipping too
