FS/FT Larrivee LV-09 w/Fishmann Rosewood

I am reluctantly selling one of the nicest acoustic guitars I've ever owned. This is a 1999 (roughly) model with rosewood back & sides, spruce top & ebony fingerboard. The fishmann transducer is basically a Prefix Pro. This one is made in Canada (Vancouver) and simply will not disappoint!

It's been around and in lots of rooms - but basically mint. I've been very lucky in my travels with this one.

Having newbie trouble uploading pics - here's a link instead:

Anyway - I paid $1,900 new in Toronto and I know the only way to get this wood combo and quality from the new Larrivees is to go to the "artist" series - well over $3,000.

I'd take $1,200 if anyone is interested. Also included is a nice hardshell case (with a convex top - for better protection).

Let me know

Ideally - a Mesa head. I'm itching for an MPulse 600 or an M9Carbine / BB etc. I've always loved Mesa amps. Used one as a guitar player for many years as well.

Really, any head in that class would be worth considering. Let me know what you may have. I'll always listen.

Cheers & thanks for reading.

Shel

Rosewood back and sides, spruce top and ebony fretboard are pretty much the standard for the Larrivees -- even the 03s. But I'm bumping in support -- 1200 is a great price, and Larrivees are wonderful instruments -- I got a CV10, and it's a thing of beauty! If I had something on your trade list, I'd be piling it up for this -- the 09s are high-end! I'm always amazed at the construction of Jean's guitars!

BTW: you should be able to get the serial number off the neck heel in the body of the guitar. Send that over to Larrivee and they'll tell you exact model, and assembly date -- they're very good about being responsive.

Cheers!
