So here's the rundown on this bad boy; it's a Linton student model bassoon (phenolic, not wood), plays perfectly well, and has the original case to boot (which shows some wear, but still does exactly what it's supposed to). It comes with a bocal (which has no dents or creases in it), both a neck strap and a seat strap (you only need one or the other, but it's nice to have the option to stand while you play

), a swab for cleaning it out, the crutch for your right hand (shown on bassoon in pictures), and four unused reeds. This instrument plays great, but my musical focuses have shifted elsewhere so this is better off in the hands of someone who will put it to use more than once every few months. If you have any questions about it or would like to see more specific pictures of something I'd be happy to help, just let me know.
As far as price goes, I'd sell for $1000 shipped CONUS, but will consider all offers. Trade-wise, things I'm looking for specifically include: a hurdy gurdy (he says optimistically, knowing the odds . . . ), bass amp (at least 500 watts), a phil jones cab (gig-worthy, not one of the 2x5 suitcase deals), a fEarful cab or parts for one, semi-decent guitar amp, or possibly some woodworking machinery. I know that's a rather picky list, but if you have something you want to trade send me an offer, the worst that could happen is I say no.
PICS:
