Westone In-Ear Monitors, UM-2's.
These are pretty much new, I received them, while I was doing a clinic/convention gig for Westone during the Audiology 2009 (April 2-4) at the Dallas Convention center. We performed for 3 days, 8 hours a day. When I got back it was about a couple weeks later my triple driver molded ones arrived. I hadn't used them since. So a total of 24 hours at low volumes. They sound amazing.
I have plenty of replacement foams or you can get the molds done or buy universal rubber tips.
