FS: iPad 1, Wi-Fi, 64GB with AppleCare until 4/12

I've had this first generation iPad since April of 2010 and have NEVER had a problem with it. Again, its Wi-Fi, Black, 64GB and is still under AppleCare until April of 2012. $500 shipped (continental US only, ships via priority mail)

It has only a couple minor signs of wear (see photos):

1. There is a very slight arc on the back case at the top... its never been dropped or anything to have caused such a mark and I am guessing it to be a manufacturing defect. Irregardless it doesn't affect the performance whatsoever.

2. There is a tiny little nick on the edge of the aluminum near the "sleep switch"

3. Occassionally there will be a little bit of "light bleed thru" on the edge of the screen in one corner. This only is apparent when it's displaying an all black screen (such as when a memory intensive app first loads) It is not shown in photos, because I couldn't get it to appear for me. It's been like that ever since I took it out of the box, brand new. I never took it to the Apple store because it frankly never bothered me and I rarely notice it. Again, doesn't affect performance but I want to be 100% accurate.

I will include the original charger and a gently used "Ori" from Joby.

Obviously I will erase my apps, reset it to factory with the latest iOS installed before shipping.

It's a great value (I paid over $800). I am only selling because I recently got an iPad 2 and I am trying to recoup some of the cost of the new one.
