comes with used incase slider and like new incase power slider. all the normally included accessories are brand new (headphones never used, took power and usb from my iphone 4). the iphone has minor scratches on the back and the chrome surround from the slider case, but no scratches whatsoever on the actual screen. no screen protector is necessary for the iPhone 3GS because of the coating that they put on it from the factory. it is loaded with the new OS (4.0) as well.
