This unit has served me well for more than five years. There are small scratches but it functions perfectly; I am the original owner. I still have the install disc with drivers but you will want updated drivers which are available for download on M-Audio's website. Includes a firewire cable, manual, and disc with Ableton Live Lite which I have never used. The only thing I don't have any more is the original power supply which is 12V DC 1000mA. It can be completely bus-powered which is how I have always used it.
