I have a great condition Pearl Snare Drum Steve Ferrone 6.5x14. This is a black/gold brass snare drum that sounds amazing! I have 40 strand Snare wires on the drum.
The heart of the SF-1465 is its precision-formed brass shell, plated in lustrous black nickel, with center bead for strength and enhanced high-frequency projection. Brass tube lugs complement the beauty of the shell and allow unrestricted vibration for superb resonance and tone. The "ball-ends" of the lugs are gold plated with contrasting chrome-plated tubes. Gold plated SuperHoop II and road proven SR-017 vertical-pull strainer with gold plated accents round out the SF-1465's superb componentry. The total effect is stunning, making the Steve Ferrone Signature one the most beautiful drums ever produced.
