FS: USA Charvel San Dimas Style 1 2H (superstrat)

For sale is my Charvel USA-made San Dimas Style 1 2H. Alder body, gorgeous blue metallic paint, Floyd, maple neck and fingerboard, Duncan JB/59 pickup set; not a mark on it.

Has this awesome, percussive and clear attack that is very Stratty, but with the girth and "roar" of a full humbucker in all positions. It is an extremely versatile guitar, and sounds great clean, mid-gain, and for balls-out brutal distortion.

The neck profile is amazing and it is very, very easy to play. I will hate to see it go, but I simply have too many guitars for the tiny space I live in.

It will ship in a gigbag with a strap with Duncan straplocks (came stock with the guitar).

I'm looking for $600 shipped.

What a steal! Two weeks ago, I picked up a Charvel DS-2 in Trans Red. It was owned by Dave Nassie, the guitarist from the metal band "Bleeding Through". He did a guitar clinic at my local music store and had a few guitars that he took with him to the clinics to sell. It has upgraded Grover tuners. I got the guitar, a very nice gig bag and an autographed Charvel catalog for $350! The guitar goes for $400 plus tax. So, I got upgraded tuners, a gig bag and an autograph for $50 less than the guitar itself and didn't have to pay tax. I think I got a deal! -Luke

Charvel's new USA and MIJ San Dimas and So-Cals are pretty awesome instruments. I haven't played any of the MIC Desolations, so I can't comment on yours; but this is a USA-built superstrat that is a serious, quality piece of work. These sold for $900-1000 new, so this is a pretty good deal too

I don't care for most Chinese instruments but I have to say these Desolations are very nice for the price! -Luke
